Shipping policy
Shipping & delivery
We understand that you’re excited to receive your order, which is why we do our best to process and ship your order within (1) business day. Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. You’ll also receive other email updates, including when your order is shipped and when it’s delivered.
After making a purchase, simply check your email for any updates about your order. Additionally, each item on our website includes its specific shipping time and other shipping information in its product description located in the ‘Shipping’ dropdown menu.
Order processing
Once you place an order, it will start processing. Orders are generally processed within the same business day of your order, but this is not always the case. In almost all cases, your order should process within 1-3 business days. After your order is done processing, it will be shipped to you.

You can find the estimated processing and shipping time under "Shipping & Delivery" dropdown located on the product page of the item you ordered. The total time it will take to receive your order includes processing and shipping time and is estimated in business days. Business days are Monday-Friday exlcuding holidays.
Order tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.
Orders containing multiple items
We ship our orders from various locations throughout the USA, so orders may not always originate from the same location. Additionally, batch orders or orders of multiple products may not arrive together, arrive at the same time, or arrive via the same location.
Lost in transit & stolen packages
If your order is lost in transit or stolen, you have two options. You may request a replacement order at no additional cost, or you can request a full refund for your order.
Damages, defects, and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please document the damage(s) or defect(s) by taking high-quality images or video. We will require this documentation to verify your claim and fix the problem. Additional documentation may be required to verify damages or other issues.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement order at no additional cost to you. If an identical product is available, we will issue an identical replacement. If an identical product is not available, we will inform you about similar products to substitute as a replacement or provide you with the ability to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to issue a full refund instead of issuing a replacement product.
Shipping disclaimer
We work with our shipping couriers to provide fast shipping and a great customer experience, but once your order is shipped, it is largely outside of our control. Due to various factors, actual shipping times may vary. There are a variety of reasons why your shipment may be delayed, especially during busy periods such as the holiday season in the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders, but we may include shipping fees as part of promotional and/or sales events.
Due to constantly changing business & regulatory conditions, we routinely update all of our policies. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of our policies before making a purchase and using our products. By purchasing and continuing to use our products, customers are explicitly indicating their acceptance of our policies and all corresponding updates to our policies.
