Returns & refunds

We believe you will love your order but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free, 30-day returns for all orders and a money back guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a free and frictionless return.

Return request

To start a return, contact Customer Service with your return request and we will make your return process fast and frictionless.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to process and post to your account.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost in transit & stolen packages 

If your order is lost in transit or stolen, you have two options. You may request a replacement order at no additional cost, or you can request a full refund for your order.

Damages, defects, and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please document the damage(s) or defect(s) by taking high-quality images or video. We will require this documentation to verify your claim and fix the problem. Additional documentation may be required to verify damages or other issues.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement order at no additional cost to you. If an identical product is available, we will issue an identical replacement. If an identical product is not available, we will inform you about similar products to substitute as a replacement or provide you with the ability to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to issue a full refund instead of issuing a replacement product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Although we provide 30-day returns on all orders, certain orders are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for orders that are damaged by the consumer if this damage arises from unintended use or use that violates the instructions, directions, and safety measures provided for the order. Additionally, unless explicitly stated by a corresponding warranty or other form of product protection, orders are non-returnable in the event of accidents, natural disasters, or other acts outside the control of the customer.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards and we have the right to accept or not accept at our sole discretion.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact Customer Service.

Due to constantly changing business & regulatory conditions, we routinely update all of our policies. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of our policies before making a purchase and using our products.  By purchasing and continuing to use our products, customers are explicitly indicating their acceptance of our policies and all corresponding updates to our policies.
